Interpretability Engineer
Make chicken decision-making legible to humans. Experience with attention visualization and neural network interpretability required.
Requirements:
- •MS/PhD in Machine Learning or related field
- •Experience with transformer architectures
- •Ability to explain why chickens do what they do
- •Comfort working with live neural networks
Alignment Researcher
Ensure our chickens remain aligned with intended objectives. Experience with RLHF required (the ML kind).
Requirements:
- •Deep understanding of alignment theory
- •Published research in AI safety
- •Experience with constitutional AI methods
- •Ability to detect deceptive alignment
Coop Systems Architect
Design and maintain distributed systems for our computational coops. Must understand both CAP theorem and chicken behavior.
Requirements:
- •10+ years distributed systems experience
- •Knowledge of consensus algorithms
- •Experience with fault-tolerant systems
- •Willingness to work in agricultural settings
Gradient Veterinarian
Debug biological neural networks in production. Unique role combining veterinary science with deep learning expertise.
Requirements:
- •DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- •Understanding of backpropagation
- •Experience with production ML systems
- •On-call availability for gradient emergencies
Junior Optimization Specialist

Application Process
Our hiring process includes technical interviews, culture fit assessment, and scenario planning exercises. Finalists will participate in a "Chicken Test" to evaluate their ability to work with our enhanced poultry.
